need help with Microsoft Word

I am trying to print labels using Microsoft Word but I need each of the labels to be a different name/address from the list but I don't see where I change the options to do that. It's saying the same one name on all the labels on the page. Sorry if this doesn't make any sense, I kinda don't understand it myself.

You need to do a mail merge. Go under tools, then letters and mailings, then mail merge. You'll see on the right an option for labels. Click that and follow the steps. Good luck!

When you go to file and label and that box that comes up to pick your labels and where you would type in one address.. it sholud say new document. Open that you will get page and can type them all in..

Hi...

Go to tools

then to envelopes & labels

then choose options

then select the style of label you will be printing.
If you have Avery brand it will have a # on the box
if it's another brand it will probably say 'same as Avery ___"
If not just choose the same size and # on page as one of the choices

then be sure "full page of same label is selected

then choose "New document"

Then you can type what ever you want into each individual label

It's a great way to save your Christmas card list! I've had mine on it for years. Then I just have to made a few address changes at the end of the season and I'm good to go for the next year!
