Need Help with Mickey Head from 2 Years Ago

Hello! I'm looking for help with a mickey head magnet. The last time my family sailed DCL was in 2014 and a very nice DISigner created mickey heads for me, DH and DS each with our name on the head. We've since added another little one to our family and I wanted to make him a matching mickey head, since we still have the other 3 and want to use the same ones again. I have asked on the DISigner's board and it does not appear that she is responding to requests any longer. Would someone here be able to put my son's name on a mickey head in Disney font? I'm looking for "Dex" to be added to the attached mickey head design with the pirate goofy. I am also attaching the one that was made for DH that has "Ben" on it as an example.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help or can point me in the right direction on how to do this!
