Need Help with FastPass+ Booking

Every year I've been able to book FP+ without any issues, but tonight I log in at 11:58pm (EST) to get ready to book. First of all, it let me start before midnight which it hasn't in the past and it will not let me add my husband to our FP+ party. It keeps telling me that he doesn't have tickets and to link them. He is listed as part of our MYW package and it shows he has tickets. I was able to add him to all of our dining reservations at 180 days without any issues. The only thing I can think of is that I booked a room only reservation for the night before our package a couple of months ago and it looks like they added another "Lane Smith" (which is my husband) because now I have two Lanes in in my F&F list. He does have his own Disney account and it is showing under it that he is on our MYW package, but I can't even book FP from his account.

I know I will probably have to call guest services in the morning, but I was hoping that someone who has experience this before is still up and on the boards. I know it's a shot in the dark, but this group always has all the answers. TIA!
 
I know the fast pass has changed to 7 am est. They changed the time about a couple of months ago. No more midnight.
 
I did not know that - Thanks! So if our room only reservation is for 9/28 but our MYW package is 9/29, I wouldn't be able to book until 7 am on 7/31, correct? I know that on the My Disney Experience, the FP+ was locked and said I couldn't book until 7/31.
 

Yes but you have to have tickets linked to you mde account in order to make fast pass selections. Starting at 7a.m. est on your 60 th day
 
At 7:00a, your window will open and you'll be able to book FPs for your package dates, just not the room-only date.
 
I was able to make FP+ reservations for me and my daughter for the 10 day of our trip which I shouldn't have been able to until this morning @ 7 am. It may have been a glitch that I was able to do early for the two of us, so I will try at 7 am and see if I can book his. Has anyone ever received the error of "We don't see tickets for this guest" even though they are listed in your "Reservations & Tickets"? Thanks for all your responses!
 
Thought I'd give an update. I was able to add my husband to all of our fast passes, so it must have been because they didn't put him on the room only reservation. We were able to do our a day earlier because we had the room only! Strange but I'm happy that I got everything at the times I wanted for all of us! Thanks
