Today (3/11) is our 180 day out and I'm trying to make a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table. I checked online at 6 and it said no times available, for all meals on the day we want (Sept 7). I called at 7 and was told that Sept 7 isn't booked, but it isn't in their system yet to book (the latest date they can book right now is Sept 4). They said to just "keep checking".
So I have been checking online and have called 2 more times so far today, and nothing. One time I called they said there was an email this morning from a supervisor talking about this, that all of September is supposed to be in the system, but it's not. And no one seems to know when it will be available to book. They did check our date (Sept 7) and there are currently no reservations made yet for that day, confirming that it just isn't available to reserve yet. One person I spoke with said they expect it should be available "sometime today, or tomorrow morning".
Has anyone encountered this? Any tips on how to deal with it?
