i need some help- i don't want to follow a set diet (WW ATKINS etc) been there and worked short term for me-
just started traking my food on fitday yesterday and my fat ratio was ~55%, carbs ~35% andprotein ~10%.
i'd like to start eating a more balanced diet- does anyone know the guidelines- for % off each???
i'd like to loose 33 lbs
in a years time-
does any one know the formula to calculate what my calorie intake to loose weight at about 3-5lbs a month
