need help with allofmps.com!!!

I can't get it to work on my Ipod! How do I download it to work on the Ipod? I thought I had done it right by puting it in MPEG-4, was this wrong? Then when I downloaded it I put it in My Music, was that wrong? Where am I suppose to put it. I see it on my Itunes list, but it will just skip over it and play the next song. HELP!
