Need help with account

I'm new to the forums and apparently no one can access my profile.
It shows me as a 'guest' and no one can see my stuff.
I was told to ask a moderator about the problem, but I honestly don't know how.

Someone described this as being 'sketchy' and I really don't want to come across that way.

I registered the same way as everyone else. Why is mine so different?

Thank you, but I have talked to a moderator and she is talking to the webmaster about it.
It will hopefully be fixed soon.
