Need Help w/ DLR trip in December!

As I lurk on these pages I see that there is so much I need to do! hubby and I are going for one day and night only on Dec. 13. We are, as of this posting, staying at the Residence Inn Maingate. I was just planning on buying a one day pass which is, i belive $69. Also, I was just planning on eating at some great places as we found them but it looks like maybe we need reservations ASAP??? Can someone please explain to me how PS works and how you make reservations? I am in need of some guidance and would be very appreciative!!

The number for Disney Dining is 1-714-781-3463. And you just call and say "I would like to make priority seating for *whatever restaurant*, please" And then they ask you for what date and time and they take your name and phone number.

It's no so much a reservation because they don't reserve a table for you, you just have priority over the people who come and walk in.

Since you're getting a one day ticket for just DL you can make PS's at:

Carnation Cafe for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Cafe Orleans for lunch and dinner
Blue Bayou for lunch and dinner
Plaza Inn for character breakfast with Minnie and Friends

And in Downtown Disney you can I think at all of the restaurants there. But I think if you want to for Rainforest Cafe you need to call them directly.
