There could be a couple of problems.
Typically, I am unable to log in during the early hours of the morning. From roughly midnightish to about 7am I have problems. So it could just be down for routine maintenance.
If you try after 7am EST and still can't get in, make sure you are using the correct template to enter your number. If you have an actual AP (not a voucher) you will enter the numbers across the bottom of the ticket. For example (not an actual ticket number) WXX 009 12/12/06 4256. In my experience, you have to enter any zeros for the number following the WXX, but if the last number is less than 4 digits, you just enter the number (for example 313 instead of 0313).
