Need Help....Strategy for combining points from two separate resorts to use 11 month window?

So I have two contracts....200 pts at RR and 200 pts at CC. I would love to reserve a 3-bedroom villa for my entire family at RR for Thanksgiving 2023, but even with banking and borrowing, it would not be enough for say... 7 nights. Since its a holiday, I know I need the 11 month window to secure it. Is my only option to rent my out my CC points and rent additional points?? I'm not big on split stays. Any pointers would be great. Thank you.

Yes. Because nothing you do will turn a CCV point to a RR point at 11 months.

You can only use the CCV points at CCV until 7 months out.

If you were open to a split stay you could book part at RR and then part at CCV and hope for the ability to switch the CCV at 7 months. But it might stay a split stay

The only option is to either find a RIV owner to book the extra nights and then ask them to link. Or find a transfer of RIV points so you can book one single trip.

You’d then need to rent out your CCV points to cover the cost.

You are allowed one per UY, in or out. You then make a 3 way call with MS. Once in your account, you then use them to book the resort.

You do need to call to use transferred points at 11 months but you could book the nights with your points at 8 am and then call at 9 am to finish up the rest with those.
