Need Help ringing Disney!

I've been trying to ring Disney Directly in USA to book my hotel with free dining package but i must be doing something wrong!
Heres the number im ringing from the UK; 011 407 939 7675 as well as (7811) at the end. But it just keeps going back to my dial tone! What am i doing wrong?!?! Its really annoying me now!!

Is it 001 rather than 011???

Thanks for that! Booked our the first week in All Star Music on 21 sep with free dining!! Wanted ASMovies but they only had preferred rooms!! Now i'm waiting for the AP rates so i can book our second week hopefully at Port Orleans with a cheaper rate!!! OOh im excited now!! Anyone hazzard a guess when the september rates will be out?!
