If someone is going to book a room at the All-Stars to get the AAA discount-do they do it thru their AAA office? Or do they call Disney direct and tell them they want to book using their AAA? I'm trying to help someone out here at work and I don't have AAA, but I imagine that's the only discount possibly available for March when she wants to go.

You can call CRO directly and ask them if any rooms are available with a AAA/CAA discount. There are limited rooms so she should call now to see if any are left. In any case, I would still look at mousavers.com to see if any codes come out. She can book the room now and keep checking and apply a code later on.

Good luck!

You can also book a room through Dreams Unlimited using AAA and they will watch for any added/better discounts for you!

Maybe things have changed, but I was told by Dreams that they could not book a AAA ressie for me when I inquired. I recently made two AAA ressies for our Dec. 03 trip. We are DC members, so I just called the 800 number and asked for AAA rates for POFQ and AKL. I had no problem. I will, however, be watching for those code and AP rates to come out at a later date!

Last time I checked (early Fall?) Dreams could not book AAA rates, but you could book it yourself with CRO & then transfer it.

Oops!

Sorry, I stand corrected - you do have to book it yourself and then transfer it to Dreams for them to be able to help you watch for better discounts.
