Need HELP! Just purchased Annual passes from the Disney store and need to link to my "My Disney Experience" account and can not find the right number to enter, what am I doing wrong. Is it even possible to link "just purchased" tickets????????????

1. Don't know.
If you have a smart phone, there is an option for you to actually take a close-up
photo of the ticket and then "scan-in" the ticket to your MDE account.

Are they vouchers or actual Annual Pass Tickets. Vouchers need to be redeemed at Guest Relations before use. I am not sure if those can be linked because they are not active tickets until they are redeemed.

so funny...I JUST (like 10 minutes ago) searched for this answer on here as I just bought some.....

I used the MDE app to scan (cuz the "type in the 12 digit number" instructions made no sense to me) the barcode from the voucher on my screen and it linked it to MDE.....my friend already has a ticket activated, I am planning on activating mine in September when we get there......mine is now listed and has no expiration date (reassuring me that the activation date will be when I ACTUALLY activate it haha)....looks good to me!
