Need help, please!

We have been having a problem with my daughter's membership for the last several days. She is a registered member and has been on the boards for almost two months. She frequents the teen boards often and has over 70 posts. Her user name is Keypooh90. When she registers the boards welcome her back. However, when she tries to post she is unable to. She gets the message that she is unregistered. She then re-registers and STILL can't post. Can anyone help??? She is getting very frustrated and so am I! Thanks

Her account was not set to remember username and password. I tried changing that to yes. The other thing I would suggest is clearing your cookies. She may have a corrupted cookie.

Let us know if that solves the problem.
