Need help on who to call to get the ball rolling

I just tried to call my guide to get the ball rolling and get set up to buy into the deal for SSR. Who can I call or should I just wait till the 26th till my guide comes back. I have a question my guide never answered also, so not sure if a new person could answer it or not.

We were told the deal for 1200 off the closing cost and then the 15% off cdoes anyone know if you can get both. She knows we know about both and have asked about both so we are able to do them. But don't know if we have to pick between the two or can do both.

You can certainly have the information sent if you haven't already done that, but waiting until the 26th shouldn't hurt anything.

Normally, DVC will apply one incentive to a sale. In this case, the 15% referral discount is the better deal and I doubt they will apply any other incentives (except for a CM discount). The $1200 incentive was the only one offered prior to the current 15% deal and it's available for those who don't know about the other. It can't hurt to ask - you'll never know - but don't be surprised if the 15% is the only one that will be applied.

Thanks Doc. Last time I talked to my guide she said she would make a note of the 15% since we had heard about that and I didn't get a chance to ask if both could be used or just the 15% (which is a great deal). I'll just wait till the 26th when she gets back to get things going so I can keep dealing with the same person.

You can also call 1-800-800-9100 (the DVC sales office) and they can answer any questions in the meantime ... but, I guess the 26th isn't that far away!
