Need help meal planning for Dec. Trip!

Okay...I am trying to have a game plan together on the "must do" restaurants and get some sort of itinerary together.

I am sitting here trying to look at pictures, menus, reviews etc. on different restuarants throughout but there are just so many so I thought I would make it easier and get your opinions.

This will be our first trip to Disney world, there are four of us in our family my girls are 13 and 6 and I want to make it a point to get restaurants that they would love ~ This is what we have so far:

Cinderellas breakfast
Ohana's (I have read so much on this one!)
Sci Fi's
Planet Hollywood
Hoop dee doo musical revue
Chef Mickeys

What other ones do you think I absolutely should not miss for the kiddos? We are staying 7 days and have the dining plan, which the hoop dee doo takes 2 table service credits. Since we are only getting 7 table services each, the ones I have listed take up all 7, is there anything you think that I should replace with something?

book the HDD now! one the children might enjoy is whispering canyon cafe at the wilderness lodge. we enjoy breakfast here, but all meals are served. added plus you get the see the lodge decorated for christmas~beautiful! not sure if this is an absolute must, especially if you have one near your home, but how about rainforest cafe?

Hey disney queen, we're almost neighbors ~ I live in Texas City, Small world!

Yeah I just looked at Whispering Canyon, I think I will add it to my list, I wonder what I should replace it with though???? Chef MIkey's maybe?

How does it work to book the hoop dee, since I have the package booked already but not yet paid in full, do I pay a deposit to reserve and they will just credit it to my balance or do I tell them I already have a pkg with dining booked?

If I have to pay a deposit how much??

It might be fun to replace Planet Hollywood with one of the restaurants in World Showcase in Epcot (they could choose their favorite country). The restaurant in the Living Seas is also fun.
