Need Help - Making the Family Trip in May Special

Hi all - I need ideas on how to make my Family trip in May Special. I'm going with my brother and niece and nephew and sister-in-law and we've all been to WDW many times before. It's a short, short trip and we're all looking forward to it.

Any low-cost to high-cost ideas you can suggest? What would you do if you were in my shoes?! What would you appreciate?! I'm toying with getting Everest T-shirts ahead of time and giving them out on the plane to them. Kind of pricey at Laughing Place but...

Make your own t-shirts.

Book the Family Magic Tour. You don't say how old your party is, but adults can have fun on this tour, too. You get to save the MK from some Disney baddy.

Plan an afternoon to swim and relax by the pool at your resort. Enjoy those refillable mugs!

I don't know how young the kids are but with my nephew (he's 8) I always play a game. I buy little Disney gifts at home because they are cheaper . They are usually something that he can use on vacation, like a Disney towel, a Mickey water canteen, auto graph book, Disney pen…… and I make little cards and sign them by his favorite characters. Each night after he goes to bed I put a different gift in bed with him. He is always excited to wake up in the morning to find out what character gave him a gift.

i second the idea of the evening cruise for wishes or illuminations. i have never done this but am really toying with the idea for october. i think this will make your trip extra special. a bit pricey though but according to some people it is worth it. have a wonderful time.
