Need help making luggage tags

I would like to make some luggage tags for my nieces who are 9 and 10. They come to visit my mom twice a year. Once during the summer for a period of at least one month sometimes up to two full months and then again the week between Christmas and New Years.

Mom got them luggage for Christmas this year because this last summer they showed up with black plastic bags.

Part of the problem with their packing is they have no parental assistance. This week they showed up with no panties, socks, or toothbrushes. One of them actually showed up with 3 shirts that were a size 4-5, neither of them can wear them that small. They said dad just told them to pack shirts and pants. When I asked their dad, he said that's because they had been packing shorts. I also know this last summer they packed lots of sweatshirts.

I will be laminating these tags but any ideas on the setup and what I need to include on them. TIA

For my sister's senior trip she got to go to Europe (lucky girl), and my gift was a set of truly awesome luggage tags.

They were a really bright color and each one had something written on them. The messages were along the lines of:

"Do I know you?"

"My clothes won't look good on you."

"This isn't your bag."

People get the biggest kick out of a little, old luggage tag. As for information on the tag, I would put, obviously, their names and home information. I would also include, because of their age, your Mom's name and information in case something gets lost. That way there are two points of cantact. Have fun making the tags.

I'd have it go something like "This suitcase belongs to: Kid's information" and "If lost please contact: Mom's information."
