Need help looking for a 3bdrm villa...

Hi!
Has anyone found a good deal on a 3 bdrm villa with a pool and a jacuzzi?
We are planning on spending about $1,200.00 or LESS. (would be nice)
We are planing on going Dec 22, 2006 through Jan 2, 2007.

I have been looking and there are a lot. Its alway nice to have a referal.

Im surprise to see that people dont always post a picture of every room in the house. It makes me worry that something might be unsightly in the other rooms...lol...

I have found a few that Im interested in. I was just hoping someone could say, "Yes, we stayed there and it was clean and nice!"

Here's the link to the home we stayed at in Greater Groves.It's a wonderful 3 Bedroom/2 Bath home.It has a huge pool and the deepest jacuzzi! Angie is great(the owner).She lives 2 blocks away and is a huge help.If you have a problem she is right there to take care of it....Her home is beautiful.We enjoyed our stayed here immensely and are hoping to go back.The master bedroom has a king size bed and and ensuite and on the other side of the living room is two more bedrooms with twin beds and they share a bathroom.
It's a little further from Disney than most people care to stay but we loved the area and the house so we did not mind the drive at all.

That is a NICE house! Now, my brother, his wife and there 3 children might come...ahhhh! LOL They are going to let me know in a few days.

If they decide they cant come I am going to e-mail the owners of the house.

If they do decide to come Ill be looking for a house that can sleep 12!

Since that is right at the peak time, you may find it alittle harder.
However, we've rented a 5 bed/3bath home for $900 (just a hair over $900). that was about 18 months ago though. That included tax and pool heat. I did recently look for this specific house recently and noticed it was no longer on the orlandovillas.com site.

Now, we are going again in January and we have a 4bed/3bath house rented for right around $800 w/ tax and pool heat.

If you don't mind a 15 minute drive- then I'd look towards Davenport. It is a easy drive. We find that we can get a bigger house for about 30% less than the one's right outside the gates. We figure if you stay up the other end of 192 near the SuperWalmart you'll drive 15 minutes anyhow w/ all the traffic and signals.

I would start sending out some inquiries on the following sites. The research part can take a few weeks. This way you'll get a start on it and see what you might be looking at.

Thank you! I figured with more people we would have to put out more money. My brother will pay half. So now well get more house for hopfully 700.00 each or less! (or a bit more) I will check out those site. Ive been looking at Orlandovillas.com. Sooooo many choices its hard to decide.

This pool villa is 10 minutes away, clean as a whistle, lovely and full of kid and baby stuff if you need. Price was EXCELLENT!! Pm me if you like!! good luck!

We stayed here in April. There are four bedrooms/3 baths and it was really very nice.

It is in Davenport, which is about a 12-15 minute trip to Disney but we had no traffic and no problems with the drive.

We had a great time and would stay there again in a heartbeat. There are TONS of rentals out there and it can be very hard to decide, can't it?? Good luck with your plans and let us know where you decide to stay (and how it turns out to be, ok??)......

oops! Sorry...I just checked and believe it or not it's already rented for your dates, so that won't help you much. I hope you find something great out there.
