Hi,

We went to the home and flower show and entered a drawing for a GMC truck.

They also handed each of us (my husband and me) a postcard that we can take to a local GMC dealer, test drive a truck, and receive a $40 Lowe's Gift Card in the mail.

In the fine print it says exactly this:

"Only one card per person, per household."

What do you think that means? I read it as "one card per person in the household." In other words, my husband and I BOTH could get the gift card (if we did individual test drives).

TIA,

Betty

if you go seperately you could get 2 GCs. What they mean is 1 GC for your whole household. But that is very rarely enforced as who's to say you even knew your DH was going down to test drive as well, kwim? So yes, just go down at 2 different times/days and test drive the car and tell them you have this promo thingy. Most of the time if you don't really want the car they just sign off on it and give you the GC so they don't have to waste their time.

when they say 1 per household it usually means one per residential address!! That is what they keep in the system. If either u or ur DH can receive mail in the office ur good!

If they mean one per household, why didn't they just put "One per household?"

I find it confusing the way they put "one PER PERSON, per household."

Does anyone (besides me - LOL!) think that my husband and me can both legally take advantage of this offer...?

Betty
