I'm making Italian Wedding Soup in my crockpot. I used chicken broth but it seems a little.....I don't know..light in flavor?? A few recipes I saw called for adding a cup of beef broth. Of course, I don't have any(well I had one can but it was dated 2007
) Anyway, I do have beef buoillon cubes? Can I use that? Any help appreciated. I don't want to screw up another dinner-made an 'Asian inspired' roast last night that was inedible
