Need Help for a Surprise Disney Trip

my parents surprised me by telling us we were running errands with her and dad but before that when we were out with my grandma they loaded up the car with siutcases. when we came home we left when we got to the airport they told us it was the greatest thing ever!!!!!

Now I have a new surprise in the mix. This one is for my husband, too. I tried to add 2 days to our reservation, before the deadline for free dining ended, but everything was already booked at our hotel. Since we couldn't get the 2 extra days, I decided to just add a reservation at the Contemporary with a room only discount that was offered right after the free dining option ended. It will be for 1 night at the end of our stay. We are checking out of our 1st reservation on a Thursday. My husband doesn't have to be back to work until Monday, so there isn't a rush to get home, and we are driving. I am trying to figure out how to tell everyone that we get to stay an extra day, and that it is at CR. I'm thinking of telling them that we are going to spend another day (check out day) doing one last day of stuff, like visiting other hotels or DTD, or something like that, and then tell them we have a 1 night reservation outside of Orlando to stay at before we head home on Friday. But instead, we actually will be heading to Chef Mickey's for a late lunch, and then check in to our room when we are finished. Chef Mickey's will also be a part of the surprise, since our family loves it, but didn't get to go on our last trip to Disney. Does anyone know if someone at Chef Mickey's would deliver a postcard/note from Mickey (that I will prewrite before lunch) inviting us to stay? Or are there any other ideas about how I could tell them?
Thanks in advance.

OK, I confess, I love going to Disney. So we've surprised our kids three times. Sometimes they'll check the trunk just to make sure we haven't stashed any suitcases in there when we tell them we're going out for the day.

First time: Just woke them up and said "We're going to Disney!" They were pretty little so it really didn't matter that much.

Second time: We told them we were running late and we'd drive them to school. When they finally asked "Why are we going this way?" we gave them a Hangman Game where the solution was "dinner at O'Hana's".

Last time: We joined by husband on a work trip in western VA. The kids knew we had a dull drive home so they never even looked up much. Finally when we'd passed our second "South of the Border" sign (they dot I-95 South in North Carolina), I made them look up from their books/gameboys. The signs were a good give away!
