It is a party of 7, the count includes all adults and children, even if the children are too young to eat. We took my daughter last year, she was 15 months at the time and they counted her on the dining reservations, even though she wasn't on the DDP and would not be eating. Same for this year, she is only 2 and we have a 10 month old, both are counted in our party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. As the other posts says, the CMs will help you with this too.
You've already received the answer but I just wanted to let you know, as everyone else did, that it is indeed a party of 7. Due to fire codes and also they need to make sure they are given a big enough table so the infant can be accommodated as well.
Unless you are going to put the child on the floor under the table, or actually hold the child in a lab at all times, including when eating, the child must be included on the reservation so there is a space for the child.
They cannot, for example, add a chair to a table for six as it will either block an aisle or block access to the table next to it.
