Need help deciding on Carribean Beach Resort

Hi,
I need some help deciding on a resort. My sister and I have made reservations at the Carribean in December and are having second thoughts about staying there. Any feedback would be appreciated. Anyone stay at the Port Orleans--Riverside?

I've stayed at this resort twice and LOVED it. I have some pictures that I took back in 2001 and 2002 on my web site, the link is below, in my signature. CBR is a beautiful resort, you really feel like you're on vacation when you stay there!

DH and I stayed there in July of 2003 and loved it. I think you'll really enjoy it. I'm going in December too but chose WL because it just seems "Christmasy-er" to me, but I would definitely stay at CBR again.

CBR was our first on site stay and it got us hooked. Although we are trying out a lot of other hotels, I have always told everyone that I would gladly go back to CBR. We had a great experience there and I think the price there is great!

I have stayed at both riverside and cbr and I would go back to riverside before cbr anyday.

I don't know if it has changed much since my last visit on 00 and there was nothing bad about it, I just liked riverside much better

CBR is one of our favorite resorts. I also have some pictures posted in the CBR faqs from our 2001 & 2002 trips. Hopefully, we will be going there next week.

Both are great. Which theme would you like, Caribbean or Old South? You can't go wrong with either one.

We are headed there next month for our 4th stay and we love CBR but it is true - it all depends on what theming you want - we prefer tropical carribbean and we absolutely love the resort!! You should check out safetymom's thread re: faqs on CBR; she has some beatiful pictures on there that may make your worries go away!
