Need grocery delivery help

I set up an Von's delivery order the other day. I forgot to pay for it so it was deleted. No big deal so I went to replace the order. There are no open delivery times for 6/20. That is the only day that doesn't have any open times.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there another grocery store that delivers? We're staying at the GCH. Can I have the order delivered on 6/19?

In case I can't get the groceries until 6/21, is there anyplace at the park to buy water other than Dasani? Dasani is too acidic for me.

Would it be crazy expensive to have a cab stop at a grocery store and I run in and do a quick shopping?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You could try Albertsons.

Also at DLR you will only find Dasani, or tap water.

If you walk to the corner of Katella and Harbor you will find a 7eleven. This is roughly the corner of DLR.

Albertsons no longer does delivery service. They stopped doing this a few years ago.

Any other suggestions? Don't you think it's odd that that particular day is all booked?

I would phone the hotel and explain your situation and see if there is any way they would mind keeping the groceries there until you get there, if you order for that one day earlier than planned. (?) Good luck with it all!!

You might check again for a 6/20 delivery. It was offered to me for my order, but we are not arriving until 6/24. -- Suzanne

Maybe call the store directly and see if they can tag you on with another delivery already to GCH

I see open delivery times on the 20th as well; have you checked all windows of delivery, such as 1 hr., 2 hours, and 4 hours?? Good luck!

Just a side question... do they only deliver to Disney Resort Hotels or will they deliver to the Good Neighbour hotels as well??
Is there a minimum order? Specific location to choose from?
I've never done the grocery delivery thing before

I have a sensitive stomach too. Are you flying? What if you grab a few bottles of water in the airport, and carry them on, enough to last you until your grocery delivery? I have packed water before in my suitcase.

What about Whitewater snacks? Can anyone comment on what brands of water they sell there?

Isn't there still bus service along Harbor Blvd? You could catch the bus, just a quick jaunt up or down Harbor to a convenience or grocery store. Target is at Chapman and Harbor. There should be convenience stores or even Quiznos across the pedestrian entrance that sells water. Hojo's store should have water too.

Grocery stores deliver to all hotels. Some hotels have their own shopping service such as Homewood and Residence Inn. The minimum order amount should be on Vons' website.

Phew! Never mind. My order is still scheduled for the 20th. That must be why the 20th is blocked out. I didn't see it last night.

Whitewater snack is part of Disney, disney only sell Dasani.

There is OCTA up and down Harbor, and also back and forth on Katella. South on Harbor is a targer, West on Katella a Food4Less and Super K.

Also as noted a 7eleven at the intersection of Harbor and Katella.
