Need gift ideas - 8 year old boy

I have an 8 year old boy for a church giving program. I know nothing about him. Just he is a local kid. His wish list has one item, Transformer Bumblebee. I'd like to get him more than that one action figure. Anyone have ideas?

I would also get him a "bad guy" transformer so Bumblebee has someone to play with. Board games would also be fun for the entire family.

We adopted a 12 year old girl and it is really hard. I did contact the agency to see if the child needed clothes or shoes. Good thing I did because she needs both of them.

Optimus Prime seems to be the other character of choice when it comes to transformers.

My 9 year old son loves Bakugan. They are pretty inexpensive.

Since I don't think you know his size, maybe some socks, gloves, or hat with transformers/bumblee (Target & Walmart). On Walmart dot com, they have a Bumblebee plush 50x60" blanket for $14.46 that looks nice. I agree on getting a decepticon or two (think a small 2 pk is $9 at W-mart?).

I picked up the Bumblebee helmet/arm gun combo at Costco for $35.00. Normally they are sold for $30.00 each. My son loves it!!

My little cousin loves Star Wars.

I bought him one of the movies for $13.00 at Wal-Mart. They are his favs. He has a light saber he loves too.

Seriously, the people who invented those are geniuses...especially Star Wars, to have them still as popular now as they were 30 years ago!

My DS is 8 about to be 9. He loves anything Bakugan or Pokemon. Walmart had a lot of the Bakugan things on Rollback a few weeks ago for only $5. He really doesn't play with any figures anymore. Bionicles would be great too. They were on Rollback too at Walmart for only$10.
