This will be our first trip with kids. My daughter is 3 and my son will be 3 months. We purchased a double stroller especially for the trip. But what I need to know is should I bring the car seat (that attaches to the stroller) or skip it, and as far as a carrier, should I bring my Baby Bjorn or Nojo Sling or both? Any other advice for a first timer would be great! Thanks and everyone have a great Christmas! :earboy2:

Bring whatever the kids are used to. I find that if the kids are comfortable, you will be much happier. I also had a double stroller and I loved the fact that I could lay it down like a bed and put one or both kids in it. When my babies were under 1 year they went everywhere in my sling, even the beach. That way I could hold them and have hands free if I needed to.I could nurse discreetly. They almost never cried. I found my sling much easier to use than a front of back carrier.

Just an addendum--my youngest two are two years aprt. I did not carry them together in my sling :scared1:

I would definitely bring the baby bjorn and/or sling. It would give the baby another view or position, rather than just riding in the stroller. And when not in use they could easily be stored underneath the stroller.

Thanks for all your help, additionally, is there anything that you experts can tell me that we have to make sure to do? I want to make sure we don't miss anything that is impprtant to do?
