I was quite sure I could easily find this information but not having any luck right now. What is the best way to make dining reservations for 10-15 people?

If you do it at your 180 day mark, you can do it online or on the phone and you will get most of what you want. If you get closer than that you may have to break up your group and make ADR's for smaller numbers.

I had a terrible time last December when last minute a few people decided to join us and I needed ADR's for 10 people. For example for a lunch ADR at BOG, I had 7 different ADR numbers. It was a pain but it worked. I had to make several dummy MDE accounts because if I tried to add another ADR at the same time it would cancel the first one made. Sometimes if you call, they are able to combine ADR's but that was not working when I tried to do it so I stayed online and made different ADR's. When I would search for an ADR for one person I could get it but it would not give me one for 2 or 3. I also kept the times within 15 minutes of one another.

For example I had an ADR for 11:40 AM for 1, another at 11:40 AM for 1, another for 11.40 for 2 people, another for 11:50 AM for 3, and then 3 more ADR's for 11:50 for 1 person each. SO it was 7 ADR numbers for 10 people.

If you do end up with multiple ADR confirmation numbers for one meal, make sure you write them all out so they can make sure they check you in for each one of them. You do not want to get a "no show" fee.

If you are doing 15 people, you may be forced to do it over the phone but you could try it online first.

It use to be that there was a special group number to call to help with larger numbers but as far as I know that is no longer done.

This would only work at BOG QS at breakfast & lunch. This would not work for a TS ADR.
OP I think your best bet for a group that size is to call.

For large parties, call Disney dining and make the reservations. They have a special group that can help with large party reservations. Online is almost never going to work unless you break up the reservation.

Thanks everyone. I called this morning right at 6:00 am CST and got everything we wanted. I was worried about getting ADR's for 15 people at places like 'Ohana but it worked out great! Everything within 1/2 hour or less of the time I requested.

This method of breaking up the number of people in your party into multiple ADRs with several MDE accounts, works for any ADR be it a BOG lunch or an "Ohana TS dinner. If you do it close to your 180 day mark then all of this is usually un-necessary.

Jingle I am so happy that you were able to get all your desired ADR's. Good job!

My thought was, and continues to be, that although you could indeed break the ADR's up that way, having 7 distinct parties seated together at one table is highly unlikely.
I should have been clearer.
At BOG QS breakfast and lunch you seat yourself, so this works.

Because we had some last minute additions (about 30 days before our arrival) to our ADRs, we had multiple ADR's for 4 days on our last trip. We always arrived early to the reservation stand and stated we were willing to wait for a larger table so we could all sit together. We had no problems being seated together at every place. Disney CM's handled it very well and understood how difficult it was to get reservations for a larger group or how difficult it was to add people nearer to arrival.
