Need Expert Parade Help!

Hello!

I think my family is going to have a late lunch at Crystal Palace and then watch the parade. Does anyone have advice about what time to make the PS/ADR and which area we should head to for the best viewing? I know we will be close to the parade route but I'm looking for a specific spot that might be good for a large family (9 of us) to sit and watch.
We plan to take our sweet time in CP so that might be a factor. Thanks for the help!

We did CP at 2pm once and then still made it to Frontierland in time to see the beginning of the show. Then, after it passed, we went through Adventureland and came back through the bridges past CP and got beautiful pictures of the parade in front of the castle....and still walked back to Main Street later and saw the end too! So here's the main point....because of where it starts, you could really even do a later PS than 2 because it will eventually come around beside CP. If you want a seat, I would say don't do much later than that, cause people sit for parades pretty early. Because this parade starts at the opposite end though, you have plenty of time to get out of CP and be right there on the road.
