Well, It's been a few years and I'm trying to update my dd's autograph book that I special made for her the last time we went and I'm needing to know if I can find some certain characters. This may be a little long so bear with me. I'm trying to decide if I really need to include some of these I already have made up that we did'nt come across the last time and then also who I need to add that is either a new character or someone I don't have listed here. Thanks for any help!

This first list is some more rarer characters I already have sheets made up for and I'm wanting to know if you think I will be able to find them in a few days: Princess Atta--Bugs Life
Clopin
Cogsworth, Cri Kee--Mulan, Daisy Duck, anything from 101 Dalmations other than Cruella, any of

the 7 dwarfs, Dot--Bugs Life, Dumbo, Ed--Lion King(heyena),

Feather Duster, Flik, Flounder, Flower--Bambi too, Francis

Ladybug--Bugs Life, Gus or Jaq, Heimlich--Bugs Life, Hopper,

Jane, Jimminy Cricket--boy would I like to find Him!, King Hubert-

Sleeping Bueaty, King Triton, Lady, Launchpad McDuck, Little

John, Lumier, Maleficent, Marie, Meg, Miss Piggy, Kermit,

Mowgli, Mulan, Mushu--Mulan, Percy--Pochahantas, Peter Pan,

Phoebus--Pocohantas??, The Prince from Snow White, Prince

Eric, Prince Phillip, Pumba, Quasimodo, Queen from Snow White,

The Queen ant from Bugs Life, Robin Hood, Rosie--Bugs Life,

Scrooge McDuck, Sebastian, Simba, Sheriff Nottingham,

Thumper, Witch from Snow White---------If you have seen any of

these or were able to get pics with them I would like to know

also where you found them. I know there is a character spread-

sheet but I'm trying to take out the ones I probably will definitely

never see.

I was also wanting to know if you think I could get a picture only with any of these characters--I already have their autographs

Brer Fox and Brer Rabbit, Buzz Lightyear and Woody, Cruella Deville, Green Army Men, Jafar, King Louie, Max, Meeko, Mr Penguin, Rafiki, Rebecca Cunningham, Stromboli, Queen Of Hearts, White Rabbit.

Tell me too about any really new characters that I can get such as from movies like Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo, Brother Bear, Lilo & Stitch or any other recent movies. Thanks and sorry this is so long but any help you can give me would really help me to finish up this book before we go.

We are hoping to find Mulan at the Princess Storybook Breakfast at Norway. That is all my son wants to see, and he is quite confident she will be there, despite many times we have said she may be defending the Huns;) Finding Mushu or anyother Mulan characters would be awesome for us as well!!! I have read that Mulan Warrior appears by the Sorcerer Hat in MGM

In October, 2002, we found Kermit & Miss Piggy down by Muppet Vision 3D.

Mike & Sully appear in MGM by ABC Commisary for pictures only.

We have found the 7 Dwarfs and Peter Pan on Main Street USA several times.

I had heard that Koda and Keani appear in Canada and Lilo & Stitch were in front of the Animation Stuidos at MGM.

As for the others that you already have autographs, I would think you could wait in line for pictures only.

Hope you have a terrific trip, we will be there just about the same time and hunting down characters as well. We should have those Secret Service walkie talkies for character spottings since we are looking for them as well:)

On our last trip 10/03-- we saw Clopin in the France pavillion in Epcot, nobody was around either. He was just standing on the street near a building. On that trip we also saw Daisy Ducky in the square when you first walk into MK. She was also available later in the day w/ Donald after Cinderella's Suprise show. Also Sherriff Nottingham we got in the morning at MK in the front square. We saw a lot of other rare characters you mentioned but they were on MNSSHP, and I didn't see them any other trip or time. On our trip before last 2/03 we saw Miss Piggy by Muppet 3-D Vision in MGM. We also saw the Snow Queen by the hat on that trip in MGM. Also, the most of the ones you mentioned you have autographs but want pics of-- they are the pretty popular ones. As for the new characters. Sully and Mike are at MGM in their own garage by the ABC commissionary. They only do pics. Lilo and Stitch seem to be all over. When we went in 2/03 we only could find them at MGM. This past trip we found them in MK and MGM. In Mk they were out in the front square as well as after the Cinderellas Suprise show. Stitch was also at Chef Mickeys. Then at MGM they were often by the hat. We didn't find anyone from Finding Nemo. I hear Nemo can sometimes be found for pics at the Living Sea's. Also, the Brother Bear characters can be found in the Canada Pavillion I've read. I have seen their sign, but they were on a break when we were there. HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!!

You can always do photo only.

Here is where we saw them in October/November

Brother Bear characters are at AK - Camp Minnie Mickey. They are wonderful.

Mike and Sully's times are limited, so when you get to MGM ask.

Sleeping Beauty is at the entrance of MK in the morning.

Peter Pan is over by POC - again times are limited so ask a character CM

Daisy was at MK at the front

Launchpad McDuck at MK after the Cinderella Surprise show

There are many that you listed that I don't believe exist currently.

You know I forgot we saw a "space suit" Goofy in Epcot. He was actually near Test Track not the side by Mission Space, but near the bathrooms over there. That was a first for us (that was 10/03).

Thanks so much guys for all your help!

Can you tell me what the names of the Brother Bear characters are that are doing autographs and does anyone know where I could get a clipart for them to add to dd's autograph book?

Thanks again so much!:bounce:

We like to leave the page facing the autograph blank, so later we can put a picture taken with the character on that page. ::yes::
It looks cool, especially if the character is holding the autograph book in the pic! :wave2:

Eljay--

That's exactly how I made my dd's autograph book too! You should see the reactions we get from some of the characters when they see a clipart of themselves with their name and then on the opposite page a pic of them with Dd from our last trip ---you really get alot of attention from the characters this way--It's so fun!

The character names are
Koda
Kenai

A website for clip art:

Brother Bear

Here is DD with them

Wow! I love to character hunt, too! :) I'll try to help! Here's a breakdown of your question:

Sadly, these characters don't make meet-and-greet appearances in the parks: :( Cogsworth, Cri Kee, Dalmations, Dot, Dumbo, Ed, Feather Duster, Flounder, Bambi, Francais, Ladybugs, Gus, Jaq, Heimlich, Hopper, King Hubert, King Triton, Lady, Lumier, Marie, Mowgli, Percy, Pumba, Ant Queen, Rosie, Sebastin, Simba, and Thumper. Pumba and Simba are "stationary" characters in the Lion King Show, but don't do much interacting. Gus, Jaq, and King Triton are in parades. I seen internet photos of Flounder and Sebastian as greetable characters, but never heard of anyone actually meeting them.

As for the rest of your characters, these are the ones I consider pretty hard to find, and it takes real luck to meet them:

Jiminy Cricket - I did see him in May on the Epcot Holiday bus - boy was I surprised!

All princes - Eric, Philip, Snow Prince - all very rare. Only one I ever saw was Snow White's Prince, at the old Skyway Landing in Fantasyland.

Pheobus and Scrooge - I only seen them at MNSSHP

Little John - I met him last January near City Hall at the entrance to MK, never seen him again

Quasimodo - I only seen at MNSSHP, but I read he may be out in France.

Malificent - I only seen once at the Fantasyland Character Festival, and MNSSHP

Snow Witch - I only seen her at MNSSHP, I seen the Queen many times in MGM and Fantasyland

As for Dwarves - only Dopey is out regularly in Fastasyland and I seen him in Germany, too. The other dwarves have been seen in the parks but they are very rare, and I only seen them at MNSSHP.

Jane Porter is a hard one - people have seen her at the entrance to AK, but I never have. :(

As for the photo-only characters, sadly I been told that Brer Fox is not around anymore. And Rebecca Cunningham is a hard one, but I seen her twice at the Toontown Train Station.

Well, happy character hunting! On one trip alone, we met 75 different characters!! :)

Let's see if I can help here.. it's a bit of a read, but hopefully it will help you out anyway.

Princess Atta--Bugs Life: Saw her the last couple times I've been to AK over by the Bridge to Africa on Discovery Island. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

Cogsworth: He only appears at the show at MGM, not for meet and greets

Cri Kee--Mulan: Does not appear anywhere in the parks.

Daisy Duck: Saw her in the morning at Town Square. She's also on the Characters on Holiday bus at EPCOT a lot and in Dinoland by the Chester and Herster's shop.

anything from 101 Dalmations other than Cruella: Horace and Jasper are in the Holloween Parade, but that's about it.

any of the 7 dwarfs: Only Dopey is a regular characters. Saw him at Town Square at MK and the neat the Sorcerer's Hat at MGM. I've also seen him before at the Skyway Station in Fantasyland and Germany in EPCOT, but did not see him there on my last trip. The Dwarfs may all be seen together at either the Chirstmas or Holoween Parties or in the parks on a very random basis.

Dot--Bugs Life: Doesn't make any appearences

Dumbo: Is in the Christmas Parade usually (haven't heard if he will be in it this year), but no meet-and-greets

Ed--Lion King(heyena): Only in parades and hasn't been in any of those for the last few years either.

Feather Duster: She doesn't make appearences at WDW

Flik: With Atta at AK (see above)

Flounder: Doesn't make appearences in the parks.

Flower--Bambi too: Does not make appearences in the park

Francis: Does not make appearence in the park

Gus or Jaq: They appear in SpectroMagic, but do not do meet-and-greets

Heimlich--Bugs Life: Does not make appearences in the park

Hopper: Doesn't make appearences in the park.

Jane: I saw her for the first time this year at the entrance to AK. So happy. She's one of my favorites. :hyper: If she's out, chances are good she'll be there.

Jimminy Cricket--boy would I like to find Him!: MAYBE at the Hat at MGM or on the Bus at EPCOT, but unfortunatly, he's pretty rare too.

King Hubert-Sleeping Bueaty: Doesn't make appearences in the park

King Triton: He's supose to be only in SpectroMagic, but somebody on these boards said they met him. Never got any more info on it, so I don't know if he's out for greets now. If he's out, I would guess he would be with Ariel at the Grotto or at Toontown (where she appears when it's too cold)

Lady: Doesn't to meet and greets, but if you ask your server at Tony's Restaurant, they might just take your book back to the kitchen and have Lady and Tramp "sign" your book with their paw prints.

Launchpad McDuck: See him at MK sometimes either in the Hub after the Castle show or in Town Square in the morning.

Little John: I saw him in Town Square last Christmas, but have not seen him since. He's pretty rare too.

Lumier: Only appears in the show at MGM

Maleficent: She use to appear at the Villains location in Fantasyland, but I have not seen her since they closed that location down :(

Marie: Currently she does not appear in the parks. There is hope though. She just made her premiere recently in a parade at Tokyo Disneyland, so she may start appearing at WDW in the future.

Meg: I've seen her and Herc near the Sorcerer's Hat the last few times I've been to MGM.

Miss Piggy, Kermit: Both were near the exit to MuppetVision the last few times I was at MGM.

Mowgli: Does not make any appearences at WDW

Mulan: China at EPCOT and the Sorcerer's Hat at MGM are where I usually find her. She was also in Innoventions this Summer, but I don't know if she's still there. She's also a regular at the Princess Breakfast at EPCOT

Mushu--Mulan: Maybe MGM or the Oasis at AK, but I haven't seen him anywhere since last Christmas

Percy--Pochahantas: Saw him once being carried by Ratcliffe in 1996, but have not seen him since.

Peter Pan: Try Pirates of the Caribbean at MK or Town Square. If he's out, he'll most likely be there.

Phoebus--Pocohantas??: Sometimes at the Sorcerer's Hat at MGM, but another rarity (and he's from Hunchback :) )

The Prince from Snow White: Never seen him before. If he's out, he'll probably be at the Skyway Station at MK with Snow White.

Prince Eric: I've actually seen him with Ariel on Sunset Boulevard, but that was back in 1994. If he's out now-a-days, I've heard he'll most lilely be at the Grotto with Ariel.

Prince Phillip: Also never seen him. I've heard he's sometimes with Aurora at Town Square at MK.

Pumba: Doesn't appear in the parks.

Quasimodo: France at EPCOT is the only place I've seen him for a while.

Queen from Snow White: Possibly at the Sorcerer's Hat, but I haven't seen her lately.

The Queen ant from Bugs Life: Does not appear in the parks

Robin Hood: He was at Town Square at MK last few times I've been there. Also, possibly on the Character Bus at EPCOT.

Rosie--Bugs Life: Does not appear in the parks,

Scrooge McDuck: Sometimes appears around Christmas, but locations varry from year to year. Last year he was in Fantasyland, but only for a few days. He's also usually at the Holloween and/ or Christmas Party.

Sebastian: Doesn't do meet and greets

Simba: Doesn't do meet-and-greets.

Sheriff Nottingham: Haven't seen him in a while. Saw him last year at MGM, but have not seen him since.

Thumper: Does not appear in the parks

Witch from Snow White: Also never seen. I've heard MGM though, but she seems to be rare.

Brer Fox and Brer Rabbit: Brer Fox no longer does meet-and-greets. I have seen Brer Rabbit at the entrance to AK though.

Buzz Lightyear and Woody: Both should be at Al's Toy Barn at MGM. I've also seen Buzz over by Timekeeper lately.

Cruella Deville: Town Square at MK and maybe at MGM by the Hat (sometimes she's there, sometimes she's not).

Green Army Men: At MGM. They have a van they drive around in.

Jafar: Near the Magic Carpets in Adventureland and sometimes in Morocco. He seems to be becoming harder to find now.

King Louie: Main Entrance to AK, on the Bus at EPCOT, and at Town Square at Mk are the last places I saw him. Maybe at MGM, but I don't think so.

Max: Town Square at MK and the Sorcerer's Hat at MGM

Meeko: Saw him last at Town Square at MK and the Main Entrance of AK. He's also a regular at the character dinner at Liberty Tree at MK.

Mr Penguin: Saw him last at with Mary Poppins and Bert by the Hat at MGM.

Rafiki: Rafiki's Planet Watch at AK, Town Square at MK, and the character Bus at EPCOT.

Rebecca Cunningham: Never seen her, but I've heard he's a somewhat harder-to-find character at MK

Stromboli: Sometimes MGM

Queen Of Hearts: She was by the Tea Party in Fantasyland at near the Hat at MGM last few times I was there.

White Rabbit: The Tea Cups at MK, the Bus at EPCOT.

Lilo and Stitch: Usually see them at MGM either near the animation studio or by the Hat, at AK near the bridge to Camp-Minnie-Mickey or at the Hub at MK after the Castle Show

Mike and Sully: Near the Comissary at MGM (behind Sounds Dangerous)

Kenai and Koda: Heard they're regulars now at Canada at EPCOT and at Camp Minnie-Mickey at AK. Haven't been to WDW since the movie came out though so I haven't had a chance to meet them yet.

Nemo: There's a roll-around Nemo that's been outisde Living Seas lately. Not sure if he's still there though (I think he was out to promote the DVD when it came out).

Whewww.... hope that helps you out. It's very long, but it should have the info you're looking for.

Wow! meeko_33785 Thanks so much!! Actually thanks to everyone who has posted so far I did'nt think I would get so much response --you guys are great and this has really helped me out! Hopefully I'll have enough time to get all of the ones I don't have on clipart and get them in DD's book. I'm seeming to have a hard time though trying to right click on some of the images so I can print them out--like Brother Bear--I can't seem to get them I keep getting access denied. Does anyone know if on certain sites you can't do this--I'm pretty clueless when it comes to this computer stuff. LOL---Thanks so much again---I can hardly wait!!!

See if my site doesn't help you out. It has all the characters alphabetically by name and has a picture for each one. :D

If you go to it and my site says something like "This site has exceeded its badnwith", try checking back at the begining of the next hour. It should be fine by then.

Where did you get your clip art from for the autograph books? Last time we used stickers of some of the disney characters but clip art would be fun for the kids to print out and glue to their books.
Thanks!

Try the link I posted earlier. I downloaded a clip art for my planning sheets.

Ok - just another thought for thoses that are not so into the planning "like me". Get the autographs that are handy, enjoy the experience without running around keeping tally and get the clip art to match at home??

Actually the best thing I did last trip was bring only a sharpie permanent marker. My dd's first souvineer was one white (dd 6) and one light tan (dd 8) hat. We had all the characters they wanted to meet autograph the hat with the sharpie. This saved planning, fumbling for autograph book and pent and kept my fair skinned kiddos with hats on.

Next trip we do visors.....

TJ

The only problem with putting the clipart on after you get home is if the characters sign really big then there's no room left to put the clipart.

Plus this is definitely why I do an autograph book for my dd because the characters always are impressed and give my dd wonderful comments about their names and pictures being on the page. It's so much better of an experience I think.

You can also go to google and type in disneyclipart and it will give all the sites. Or go to meeko_33785's website--there's almost every character on there--Thanks a bunch for that!!
