Need directions, please

We are renting a car for the first time in Disney. We are picking it up at the Dolphin early in the morning of our last day at All Star Sports. What is the easiest/quickest way from ASSports to the Dolphin? Thanks for any help.

If you're picking it up between 7am-8am, take the Character Breakfast bus to the Dolphin... otherwise, after 8am, head over to the Studios and catch the boat to the Dolphin. Or, head over to DAK and catch a connecting bus.
