need CRO phone #

Could anyone give me the phone number for CRO. I've been calling the 800# through the Disney Club but it sounds as though I should call the CRO especially if I'm going to change the ressies at all. Which is better to go through? Thanks for the help. This is a wonderful group of people!!!!

Are you a DC member? I think it really doesn't matter what # you call it all goes to the same place. The difference is that you may get a person who is in a bad humor sometimes. That can happen in any customer service job. At any rate the DC # is 800-933-3975. If you don't like the answer you get the first time just get off and call again.

Thanks for the #! I am a DC member. Some of the posts in here say when you call back to change the rates you have to go back and forth between the CRO and WDTC. I didn't know which would be easier to do.
