Need Countdown To Birthday Cruise DisSign

We are surprising our daughter with a cruise for her a birthday. We plan to let her know a few weeks before we leave and would like to do so by giving her an early birthday gift of a countdown. I haven't been able to find exactly what I am looking for and was hoping someone could help design one for me.

Her name is Paige, this is her 13th birthday, and her favorite character is Minnie. We will be on the Disney Fantasy. I plan to use an 8 x 10 picture frame to put the design in where we can use a marker on the outside of the glass each day to change the number of days left. It doesn't matter if it is vertical or horizontal.

I was hoping for something like "___" Days until "Paige's 13th Birthday Cruise.
