Need budget ideas for an engagement present

My DD is looking for ideas ($20 or so) for things to put into an engagement gift for her sorority "big sister". Her "big" got engaged last night.

A bottle of wine or champagne - not happening, as DD is not "of age" and can't have it in the car while she is driving back to school.

Her idea so far is to have a basket that includes a bridal magazine...any other ideas for something that is inexpensive to include with the magazine?

How about a GC for a manicure so that when she is asked to show her ring, her hands are as beautiful as the rock?

DD "LOVES" the manicure idea! She is going to see if she can take her "big" to a manicure spot just before the ring ceremony thing at their sorority. There is a place near campus that has mani's for only $15, so that is well within the budget range. (Well except that DD would get one too, a sacrifice that DD is willing to make, just for her "big"!) The ring ceremony can't happen until 1/28, so plenty of time to arrange the appointments.

DD also liked the ring holder idea - and perhaps would use that idea later - i.e. birthday or other sorority gift-giving opportunity.

DD and her big are going for manicures the day before the "reveal" ceremony at a sorority meeting! DD has been messaging her big all afternoon, and the big is really excited! Especially since the ring gets shown to everyone at the sorority meeting!
