Need budget crock pot meal ideas for next 3 weeks

The next 3 weeks for me are going to be crazy busy. I work 1 hour away from home, I am the only parent at night (dh works afternoons) and I have to take my 15 yr old 4 days a week, after work, to drivers training and my dd 2 days a week to softball games. We won't be home for the night until well after 8pm most days of the week.

I need some budget crock pot meal ideas for those 4 days of the week.
Can you guys give me some ideas???

Turkey breast...bone in or boneless tied. fresh or thawed approx (4 Lb.)

1 can (15oz.) jellied / wholeberry ( I like whole) carnberry sauce

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 Tbs. goldens mustard

1/2 tps. salt

1/4 cup water

3 Tbs. cornstarch

Put in CP the turkey...... mix together first 4 ingreds. Save water and cornstarch for gravy.
Pour over turkey ....cover and cook on low setting 6 to 7hrs.
Use drippings to make gravy. Enjoy !!!
