I'm not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV, but IMHO, this was a bit testy and really assumes a lot.
). His son now owned the practice and he re-evaluated the wills, living wills, tightened them up (in case of a T. Schiavo issue he wanted the language more precise). It was $280. I live in NJ, not a state known for being inexpensive.

For some reason, people think it will give them a "stronger" case if they go to the ER via ambulance.
