Need all new kitchen appliances---HELP!!!

Why do you say this? The clean steel does not hold up very well?
I really appreciate all of your advice.

As fir durability, my mother's appliances are only a couple of years old and they're "still holding up". It's just the look. It looks like a cheap imitation, IMO. It looks almost plastic in appearance, when compared to real stainless.

I am absolutely in love with my Maytag french door refrigerator with the ice dispenser on the door! We are getting ready to remodel the kitchen and the designer wants us to get a built it. It kills me to think about paying thousands for a built in when I love the frig I have!

We have owned two different Bosch dishwashers (two houses). We bought one of the lower priced models and absolutely love it. My only complaint is that it does not have a dry cycle but I believe the new ones do.

We have decided to get rid of the stainless steel appliances and get the ones with the cabinet fronts. Someone in our area is going to hit the jackpot with newer used appliances that are in perfect condition!

I also love my Bosch dishwasher. Very quiet and the dishes always get very clean.

I wanted to thank you all again. We will go with the bosch dishwasher, kenmore range and for the refrig, it is between a kenmore, whirlpool gold or ge. Now I am decided between those for a refrig and have to work on a micro over range.
Heard that there is going to be a friends and family sale in sears in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know about this? Wondering if a presidents sale would be better.
