need advice ... toe troubles

Uggggghhhh ... several months ago, a bowling ball dropped on my toe. My toe was ugly but it was ok (i.e. no dr visits) in a few days ... Saturday evening, I hurt my toe again ... couch fell on it. Looong story involving Jack Russell and bathtime! LOL!!!! It has been really sore since Saturday. I just thought it was bruised again.

Well, today I was brave enough to take the polish off and see there is blood underneath the nail and also nail feels like it is either torn or swollen way down in quick! Like close to cuticle!!!!

My trouble is, that we go to WDW soon and I need to get it fixed ASAP! LOL! don't want sore toe at WDW!!!!!

MY dh says I have to go to dr to let them drill a hole in it???!!!!!??? Is this true?!?!!??

LOL, my h did one time. He did the drilling himself. He didn't tell me until afterwards. It did help though.
