Need Advice Plz

Ok here goes We are going to be in Disney FEB 5-12 We are staying in POR Also Feb 7th is DHs bday we have the dining plan and this is my schedule as of right now....

Feb 5th- Ohana
Feb 6th- 1900 Park faire (breakfast)
Feb 7th- Jiko (Dh's Bday)
Feb 8th- Nothing
Feb 9th- Spoodles
Feb 10th- Le Cellier
Feb 11th- Chef de France

Now i was thinking....that ...Im not sure if we are even going to like Jiko cause the food is different and Maybe its too out of the way ...I dont know...I was thinking maybe whispering canyon cafe for his bday? I think that might be more fun for him...Besides it does take up 2 TS credits...So if i did take out Jiko and put in whispering canyon cafe...then i think i wanna do the cape may clam bake.....And chefs de france im kind of iffy on but i guess ill keep that.....Only thing is doesnt it seem like i have alot of Epcot area restaraunts day after day towards the end of our stay ....But we got park hopper passes and we make reservations for late like 9 ish so....Its kinda like after we would finish our day we go 2 eat....And which do u think wud be best for The birthday Jiko or something? Or shud we go to somewhere else on our list for the bday ? Shud i re arrange the schedule HELP!! hehehehhe

Your plans look good to me I haven't tried Jiko so I can't comment on that one. But you mentioned you were iffy on Chefs de France. We tried it recently and really liked it. The service and atmosphere were great! I would check out the menu and see if there is something you might like. If you like cheese the cheese plate appetizer rocks The fish and chicken were very good and the steaks other patrons ordered looked good as well.
