yes, I've done that..lol

just wondering if anyone here has had direct contact with them. I tend to trust DIS members more than a random internet person.

having said that, I am (of course) extremely skeptical about this company -- and tend to believe that it is mostly a scam

If you are a seller, just make sure that any timeshare resale broker you use does not charge you an upfront fee to list the property. Any reputable company will only get paid a fee (their commission) when the property closes.

It looks like they charge upfront fees to "advertise" your timeshare so I'd be very cautious about dealing with any company with that policy.

- i'm not going to use them (even though I do have a timeshare (not-disney) that I'd like to sell) ..

it seems very fishy to me
