I know its a bit off topic, but my FIL just called and asked me (because I'm so computer savvy-ha! and because I spend so much time planning vacations) to look into a HI trip for the fall of this year.
He has big plans...wants to go from the east coast to west coast and spend time in both Seattle and Anchorage, then on over to Hawaii for a month before returning home. He's not sure if he wants to split the stay and do 2 weeks on one island and two on another. If the price is right he is considering renting the entire month on Oahu and using that as a base for 1-2 day trips to other islands.
So my first thought is the site VRBO, but I'm not sure if this is the place for a month rental. Would a property management or real estate co. be a better place to start? Any ideas?
