Need ADR for last day....

I have made, rearranged, and cancelled ADR's since my 90 day mark. Here I am 11 days away from being there and need advice on our last day. We are driving so we can stay that last day as long as we like, if weather permitting right now our plan is to leave right before park closing.
These are the ADR's I have:

Day 1 Teppanyaki dinner 7:45
Day 2 Sci-Fi Lunch 12:00
Day 3 Crystal Palace dinner 3:45 MNSSHP
Day 4 1900 Park Fare dinner 7:00
Day 5 Chef Mickey's Breakfast 9:00
LeCellier Dinner 8:20
Day 6 ????

We are going to eat at ESPN either Day 2 for dinner or should we do it on Day 6 our last night? Any suggestions on last night dinner for first timers?

we did wcc on our last day( we went for brkfst as we had to drive about 20 hrs to get home) and it was a great way to end the trip..hubby and decided that is our new tradition..course we were having so much time we didn't leave wdw till about 11 am( not good with such a long drive but worth the fun)

I wouldn't leave without going to Boma's in the AKL. Or Artist's Point at WL. But best of all try Kona Cafe in POLY (just one ts) and then walk outside to beach and watch Wishes from beach before you start the long drive home. Now there is some magic for you!!!

I was going to suggest Whispering Canyon Cafe but Jann did!!!

But that what we are doing, our last night before we go home (28hrs drive!!) will be at WCC to celebrate our vacation!!!!

We are going to chef mickey's on our last day for breakfast. I have read that the food is not great but not awful and the atmosphere is outstanding. plus it is our last day and what better thing to do than be with Mickey before we shop ourselves to death

On our last day, we are going to 1900 Park Fare for breakfast, and the Plaza Restaurant for dinner.
