Need address for Guest Experience Services

I dont even know if this is something that exists or is available to the general public. I had an INCREDIBLE experience with a cast member regarding a room issue. She was so kind and helpful and it really made a difference. I know her first name only and that she works in the "guest experience services" department. I would like to send her a card in the mail to thank her for her kindness. I dont know how to get to her! Any ideas?

After an amazing CM experience in May, I immediately wrote an email to guest.services@disneyworld.com with the name of the CM & all the details of what they did for my DH and myself. Soon after, I received a personalized email from WDW Guest Services thanking me for my email and said they would send the details to their leadership team. Hopefully the CM got recognition & I hope this helps you! I love great CMs, they make WDW truly Magical.
