Need a swift kick to get started. Help.

So I was bad this fall and not good this winter. I procrastinated all spring. Now here I am on the verge of Memorial day and just cant get myself in gear!

Anyone got some good jump start ideas?

Just pick one thing to do. One thing. It doesn't have to be much, make it simple. One thing will lead to more.

Find ways to make yourself successful one thing at a time.

You can do this. Don't look at it as depriving, or the D-word. Look at it as fueling you for a healthier lifestyle.

Find anything fun you can do to move it!
