I think our touring plan is going to be water parks in the am.. theme parks at night. So one night during EMH (night) at AK, I need a restaurant! I tried Tusker house for breakfast figuring we could eat breakfast, go to the water park and then hit AK for EMH. But Tusker house is a no go for breakfast. So for dinner.. anything not too far away? I am looking at Boma and I am not sure my plain jane family will like it! Although I did see mac and cheese on the menu! Everyone eats that!

Or thinking outloud.. do I want to go to the park that ISNT EMH?

For a nice sit down meal, try Maya Grill at CSR. Great food and quite (usually). We sometimes dress up for a more 'romantic' time.

There is also the Peppermarket, if you want less formal. Also at CSR, they have a greater variety of food.

McDonalds at the crossroads between AK and Blizzard Beach.

Enjoy!

If you aren't on dining, or don't mind paying, then do Rainforest Cafe! It is at AK and is a great time with good food.

I havnt been to YAK and Yeti yet, but heard it is hit or miss. It also just opened so it may need sometime to get there synergy going, and could be quite good. Snoop around the boards and see what you can dig up. Also you said Tusker house is a no go for breakfast maybe you would enjoy Boma for breakfast as there is the normal breakfast staples on there buffet line along with some more exotic options.

I like the Yak and Yeti, the food is very good, but if you are looking for something out of this world, I'd try Jiko. The food there is sublime, it is a family favorite.

I'd suggest boma. Lots of people write reviews saying they were afraid of the food before hand but its good, and aside from that there is traditional american style stuff too.

I would suggest Boma and we haven't dined there yet. But I have heard great reviews and I am a VERY fussy eater. We don't like Rainforest Cafe--we have them in Chicago and have been to the one in Vegas and we were not impressed.

We ate have eaten at the Rainforest Cafe, Yak & Yeti, and Boma's...and while all were good, Boma's wins hands-down! DD is very particular and not adventureous at all and she loved it! There is plenty to eat for every palette...We will be eating there on every trip from now on! :thumbsup2
