Need a resort or non park restaurant for dinner

I'm on a solo trip and it's raining. It was a non (Disney) park day so I went to sea world. I need somewhere to eat tonight that's not too expensive ($15 or less).

Preferably not a food court, but I'm open to suggestions. I want to read during dinner! Table service is fine if it's not over $15... Disney springs is fine, anywhere with Disney transportation! I really like good burgers/sandwiches and French fries

I''m not sure how great any of the counter service places are for reading, but one of my favorite non-park meals in that price range would be a meal from Capt. Cook's at the Poly. I'd order a free ice water to drink and use that $ to get a Dole Whip from Pineapple Lanai for dessert:cloud9:

Capt. Cooks is usually our first Disney meal on arrival day. The quick service at Grand Floridian is also a great choice. I know Contempo cafe gets great reviews, but I wasn't happy with the last menu change, so we usually only do a breakfast there when we stay there.

I guess I don't mind loud, but the food courts are bustling and busy and everyone running to the drink dispensers. Lol.

Thank you for your suggestions!

The Wave in Contemporary!

A hidden gem next to the check in counter at CR. Very low key and amazing. No one talks about this place and its amazing.

Maybe Gasparilla Island Grill at the Grand Floridian? They've got some nice sounding sandwiches and burgers on their menu and my understanding is it's not usually that hectic? There is outdoor seating too, so if it's still light enough when you go, and the weather cooperates, you could sit outside to eat and read. And then you could tour around the monorail resorts and watch the MK fireworks from one of them?

I second (or third?) Wolfgang Puck Express. Only been there for lunch but I had one of the best entree sized salads ever.
