I am trying to decide on a character breakfast for our last day. We will not be going to the parks this day so it needs to be at a resort.

Thinking of either 1900 Park Fare, Cape May or O'hana.

We've only eaten breakfast at Ohana and Chef Mickey(no availability on my date) before. ALSO we have a dinner scheduled at 1900 a few nights earlier so I'm not sure I should go back or try something new.

Any input or other suggestions would be great!

I vote for O'hana. I've had an awesome experience every time I've been there! And there's lots to see and do at the Resort afterwards, seeing as you guys can't head to the parks that day!

We're doing 1900 for breakfast-but, I base our character meals around the characters we might see. I wish there was a character meal for Peter pan and the gang-my family would be all over that!

That would be so neat! I'm so excited they're adding Sofia and Doc McStuffins to the Hollywood and Vine breakfast. My dd will be so excited.

We loved it too last time we were there for breakfast besides the extremely long wait. Can we still walk around the resort if we aren't staying onsite?

They are adding Doc and Sofia to the Hollywood and Vine Breakfast? I hadn't heard that.

Yes I read it on a thread here but called to confirm with Disney. As of Jan 27th they will replace 2 other characters.

That is so exciting!!! Thanks for sharing. DD will be excited when we go in August.

My guess is Handy Mandy and June from Little Einsteins...just a guess, but Oso, Jake, Sofia, and Doc would be awesome!

Whoops I got excited and forgot the rest of my post. Favorite Character was H&V and then Cape May (though I could be BCV biased;). 'Ohana BREAKFAST would fall after CMay, dinner is another story (but that has nothing to do with what your asking!)

Just found out Oso and June are out
"Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins will continue to be joined by Handy
Manny and Jake from 'Jake and the Never Land Pirates.'
Existing characters June and Agent Oso will be leaving the restaurant."

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm leaning toward Cape May since we've done Ohana and have dinner at 1900PF. I love trying new places but still worry I won't like it as much as the last place we visited.

I agree with O'hana. Not because I've eaten there but b/c like someone said, the Poly is beautiful and you could explore it since you can't hit a park. Until I saw you said character I was going to suggest something at WL for the same reason - I have always wanted to explore that place!

NO!!!!! Not Oso...that's stinks:( glad they're bringing in Sophia but taking away Oso before our next trip is sad. The 2 year old LOVED him:(

We went to 1900 Park Faire yesterday for our final breakfast, and it was the perfect end to our trip - but we know people have loved Cape May, too. My kids are strawberry obsessives, and love Mickey waffles - plus the Rice Crispie Treats at 1900 are the second best in the World, after the originals at the Confectionary. The characters are fun and interactive and the Grand Floridian is wonderful to walk around a bit after, to digest before you hit the road.

Whichever you choose, enjoy!
