Probably too late. If you're still within the waiting period in which you have the right to rescind your deal (it's somewhere between 7-14 days after returning the signed docs), then you could still get it. You just call DVC, withdraw your current offer, and buy under the new terms.

If it's past that period, then you're too late.

They can't. The deal is structured such that they can only offer it to individuals who approach THEM with advance knowledge of the promotion.

Here's some additional information if you are considering purchasing DVC and also have the Disney Chase Visa credit card:

Chase's information:

A 500 Disney Dream Reward Dollars bonus offer will be awarded to a Disney Rewards Visa Cardmember upon the completion of the purchase of a new Disney Vacation Club Membership.
