Splitting a 200 point VDH Contract

Ive already decided to split it three ways so thats a non issue. Im thinking of going 65 65 70. What do y'all think of that combo?

Yeah 75/75/50 is a good choice.

Other ones I would consider would be 150/50 or 150/25/25 if you for sure want to keep the 150 for direct benefits forever and get rid of resale if needed down the line. 150 plus the extra contract with 50 to save on the splitting cost now or the 25/25 to maximize resale value or flexibility if you think you may want to downsize a tiny bit down the road while still keeping the blue card

Shoot i kind of like the 150 25 25. She just said she would call me back after she splits up the amounts over again I think she gunna be pissed if I change it a third time 🤣🤣

I think the other option is better. Once there are resales that hit the market there will be more 150’s than any other amount I would guess.

Well snap i just told her to change it again 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I swore to her up and down i wouldnt change again for a fourth time but I just love the 25 pointers and the idea of keeping the 150 forever and offloading those 2 in emergency or to buy another hotel. Thanks @Tatebeck 😀

Just remember whoever buys your 25 point contract will have to pay the $500 DAF.

Smaller point contracts may not hold the same value they have in the past as a result of this.
 
So, um, are you changing your 150 from last week (was that only last week?) to 200, or is this 200 more? The last I saw, you weren't changing it because the incentives weren't better. (Or at least, I think that's what I saw. I'm losing track.)

Edit - I saw your post in the other thread - congratulations! I also see your updated points total in your signature, so I see you edited your 150 to 200.

I'd do 75-75-50 if splitting into 3. That way you can keep the two 75-pointers and still have your blue card. If you did the 65-65-70, you would have to keep 3 contracts for the blue card.
I’d do this or 100-50-50. But I think 75-75-50 is probably best!
 
Did they split your contract? I bought Poly direct about 2 weeks ago, 150 pts and asked to split it 75/75. My agent called me a bit later and he said they can only do 100/50.

Are you a new owner or did you already have a contract before? I ask because the minimum purchase for a new owner is 100 points, so that would make sense.
