You get a paper in the mail saying the deed has been recorded. But you can make ressies and such before that though.

Also, two questions as we're getting ready to make a final decision.
1. Have people had success trading through the Interval program?
2. As we're getting ready to sign, how "accomodating" will Disney be with a reservation for specific dates (we're thinking the Dream season in May)?

It all depends upon where you want to reserve in May. At your new home (SSR), you should be able to make ressies, but depending upon unit size and other resort, it may be more difficult.

Only 10 days left to take advantage of the discount. I can definitely tell you that this is a great deal. I really want to add on with the deal, but am just not in the position to do so....I started with 200 points, then added 120 more......have to wait to add on more.

Just want to clarify it is $86 if you buy at least 150 pts (new member) or existing members must add on a min of 115 points to get that price. Adding on 50-114 points is $91 per point, 49 or less is $101 per point. I believe all current SSR add-ons include current yr points (fully bankable irregardless of banking deadlines) as well, but those considering adding on should confirm this for their use year(s).
